After graduating from Berry with an Interdisciplinary degree in Religion, Psychology and Communication, Michael Williams (2003) worked for Universal Tax Systems in Rome and had a very successful sales career there. While at UTS, Michael and Tim Goodwin started Goodwin Investment Advisory together. Michael also started a 501 (c) 3 organization that has done non-profit work in New Zealand, South Africa, India and Russia. About a year ago, Michael sold his shares of GIA to Tim and started a consulting practice (Mosaic Consulting) that focuses on Sales/Marketing Leadership and Technology consulting.  Currently, he is consulting with The Grameen Foundation (Microfinance) working on strategic implementation of technology in rural villages to enable them more efficient ways of keeping up with Microfinance loans and tracking the effects of Microfinance. Since graduating, Michael has spent time at  Berry serving as Entrepreneur in Residence mentoring students with their startup businesses and a speaker in our Intro to Entrepreneurship class. He also initiated the Berry Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program.
